Sorting analysis and optimal structure design of vibrating screen-used for thin sheet parts

Abstract  Some thin sheet parts have limitation on their exposing time. It is usually hard to meet their freshness requirements when sorting by traditional vibrating plate. Even human operation or multi-freedom manipulators cannot solve the problems completely. Based on the analysis of the screening theory, an automatic sorting vibrating screen with inclined baseboard was established. It could satisfy the sorting requirements of a kind of medical testing strips and dry filmss with only little parts not being flat stacked in the screen. The screen was developed by designing a special cover structure with a funnel-shaped hole cover on it. By reciprocating vibration, the final screen-penetrating probability was more than 99%. And compared with the uncovered structure, it could satisfy the sorting and efficiency requirements completely under the condition of increasing the reciprocating vibrating times by 7%. As a result of fact, the new vibrating screen can be widely used for the sorting of time-limited thin sheet parts.

薄片工件振动筛排序分析及结构优化设计

针对具有保鲜度要求的薄片类工件的排序上料作业,传统振动盘给料器无法满足其保鲜度要求,而人工操作或多自由度机械手虽然能满足其保鲜度要求,但速度较慢,无法满足工效要求.针对一种医用试条和干燥片的排序作业,基于筛分理论,采用具有倾斜底板的直线振动筛进行工件的自动排序,并针对薄片类工件易于产生的侧立堆叠现象,设计了一个带有喇叭口结构的盖板配合具有倾斜底板的筛盘共同进行工件的筛分排序.通过往复筛动工件,工件透筛率可达到99%,并且相对无盖板结构振动筛,在增加约7%的工件筛分次数的情况下可有效地消除工件侧立堆叠现象.综合考虑工件的排序和效率要求,具有盖板结构的振动筛在牺牲少量筛分排序次数的情况下,严格保证了工件的筛分效率和面触地水平叠放的排列要求,是一种可广泛适用于具有保鲜度要求的薄片类工件的自动排序振动筛.
